Careers
Frazier Law PLLC is an Arizona-based independent boutique law firm with an innovative approach to the practice of law. While intellect, problem-solving ability, creativity, diligence, and good old-fashioned grit form the backbone of the firm’s success, “fit” with our clients is essential. Our attorneys are team-players, intellectually curious, strong leaders, excellent time managers, and possess high moral character. They achieve great satisfaction through their jobs, view challenges encountered in client matters as opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally, and are entrepreneurial-minded. Team members with these qualities are critically important to effectively serving our clients’ needs.

Team members come to Frazier Law PLLC because of our exceptional culture and record of outstanding performance and service. Many law firms preach the quality of their culture, but do not deliver what they preach. Frazier Law PLLC has a genuine, close-knit work culture that is dedicated to significantly accelerated professional development and excellence.

When you come to Frazier Law PLLC, you will work as a member of a committed team on a wide array of complex business matters. The firm subscribes to the belief that experience is the best teacher. We encourage junior attorneys to assume significant responsibility early in their careers, including managing client relations and being empowered to drive the resolution of challenging issues. Each junior attorney will be actively mentored to facilitate optimal personal and professional development.
Summer Associate
Frazier Law PLLC seeks to hire an exceptional second-year law student for a summer associate position. Our summer program is designed to provide a stimulating and diverse educational experience, and to be the firm’s primary avenue for hiring associate attorneys. We look for candidates who have demonstrated strong academic and leadership abilities, as well as a proficiency in balancing the demands of law school with participation in extracurricular activities. Given our desire to retain associates for long, fulfilling careers, and the importance of business development to professional advancement, it is beneficial, although not necessary, for applicants to have pre-existing ties to the Arizona market.

Our summer associates work on real projects for real clients. They meet with clients, attend strategy sessions, draft motions and contractual agreements, and help prepare for depositions, hearings, and other important meetings. In addition, we encourage daily interaction among team members through professional development strategy sessions, social gatherings, community service involvements, and other organized activities.

The workload in our summer associate program is demanding, but participants appreciate the fast pace and enjoy the quality of the projects and resources that are available to them. They develop a wide range of practical lawyering skills, and they do so quickly. We aim for the summer associate program to be our main hiring avenue. Compensation is negotiable depending on a candidate’s experience, desired workload, and willingness to “bet” on himself/herself (e.g., tying part of compensation to business development).

If you are interested in applying, please e-mail your CV, cover letter, law school transcript, and a writing sample to Grant H. Frazier at: gfrazier@frazierlawpllc.net. Submission of a list of references and/or letters of recommendation is also strongly encouraged, although not required.

Legal Extern
Frazier Law PLLC seeks an exceptional 2L or 3L law student for a legal extern position. Our externship program largely mirrors our summer associate program (with a lesser time commitment), and we seek candidates with the same qualities and career aspirations. Our legal externship program is a great way to secure a summer associate position and/or post-graduate employment with the firm. Compensation is negotiable depending on a candidate’s experience, desired workload, and willingness to “bet” on himself/herself (e.g., tying part of compensation to business development).
